The Bibbulmun Track

The Bibbulmun Track offers a wide range of experiences, from a gentle stroll to enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural environment, to an epic eight week adventure. There is something for everyone.
The Bibbulmun Track is one of the world's great long distance walk trails, stretching over 1000km from Kalamunda, in the Perth Hills, to the historic town of Albany on the south coast. The Tracktakes walkers through towering karri and tingle forests, down mist-shrouded valleys, over giant granite boulders and along breathtaking coastal heathlands. It passes through many of the most beautiful national parks of the south west forests and coastline.
The Bibbulmun Track Foundation (BTF) was established to provide support for the management, maintenance and marketing of the Bibbulmun Track. The BTF has a vast range of exciting events organised throughout the yearto suit all ages and most fitness levels.  For the kids, they host fantastic Camp Kitchens and Dr Doolittle events as well as Walking with Mum, Walking with Dad and Teen Trek overnight walks.  Not forgetting Bibbulmun Trek for Beginners and one of their many extremely popular women only events, Blissful Balingup Belles.
For the first time ever, you are now able to download the Calendar of Events in PDF format from the

Located on the Swan Coastal Plain, the Park boasts a vast array of native flora and fauna within its banksia woodlands and melaleuca damplands. It also serves to protect the Gnangara Water Mound, acting as an important wetland and water catchment resource.
The Park boasts a fantastic range of attractions and facilities and is a great year-round destination for families. The picturesque grounds of the Village and Mussel Pool are perfect for picnics, with expansive lawns, shady trees and well-appointed facilities including playgrounds, sports courts, BBQs and shelters.
Transport heritage is a major theme within the Park’s attractions, which includes Revolutions Transport Heritage Centre, the Motor Museum of Western Australia, the Tractor Museum, and vintage train and tram rides. The popular Caversham Wildlife Park and Birds of Prey Flying Displays offer visitors the opportunity to get up close to some of our native wildlife.
