The name comes from “Elsk is” is Danish for “love ice cream” and you can taste that in every scoop. Flavours are made on site with local, natural ingredients, inspired by Australian seasons, Italian gelato techniques and a very Danish focus on quality. Expect both traditional flavours and fun, Nordic‑leaning options, plus vegan, gluten‑free and non‑dairy choices. Scoops Farm is a super cute down‑south stop that ticks every family box: ice cream, animals and room to run. Set on the old Sunflower Farm site, this family‑owned spot serves 32 flavours of Mai Tardi Gelato (another local family business), plus barista coffee and an expanding menu. Kids can choose their scoops, then wander into the petting area to hang out with cows, calves, goats, alpacas, chickens, guinea fowl and the star attraction for many small children – guinea pigs.
