  Hi Tara, You poor luv. yes its a hard life to adjust to with a small bub. My hubby has been FIFO for 8 yrs so a little old hat, but it dosen't make it any easier. Some days are harder than others. I co ordinate the NOR FIFO playgroup which I started early this year and it's the best thing i have done. I have meet so many new people and loving it. Come and join us we would so love to meet you. This week we are at Wild Kidz Wangara 10am. I think you will enjoy getting out and meeting like minded people. Quite a few mums are very new to the FIFO Industry.

  Hi Tara, saw your post on the FIFO wall, hope you are ok. My partner works away too and we have 2 girls aged 8.5mths and 2.5yrs. It can be a bit of a lonely existence at times and can seem like forever until they come home again. My best tip is to keep busy (as if you're not busy with a little one to look after lol)! Do you have a Mum's group or a playgroup you go to? You're not too far away from us, we're in Landsdale. If you fancy a coffee and a playdate for your little lovely we'd by happy to meet you. We're free on Saturday this week or any day except Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Claire :)
