Family Support and Practical Support - Australian Red Cross WA
Family Support Service for multiple birth babies, families coping with postnatal depression or depressive illness, early intervention program, infant restraint hire service, retail outlets (second-hand goods). Practical Support Service for families dealing with perinatal mental health problems where youngest child is under three. Free. Trained volunteers spend time each week with families offering hands-on help to build skills and increase their ability to manage childcare and household routines.

Information and support to people affected by pregnancy and childbirth-related stress, anxiety and depression; speakers who raise community awareness; training of people interested in facilitating support groups. Phone support service diverted to PANDA - call 9340 1622 or PANDA direct on            1300 726 306       (Monday to Friday 9.00am-7.00pm AEST. Encourage formation of new groups, strengthen existing groups. Encourage networking with related organisations.
