Funtastic 4 kids is a great play centre located in Wangara. I really like this place as I am able to see where my kids are most of the time due to the great layout of the centre. It is nice to be able to sit and have a coffee, while still being able to keep an eye on the little ones.
The play structure itself is full of all the things kids LOVE to play on. Ball pits, large tunnel slides, trampolines and loads of exciting things to explore. Need to tire the kids out before a nap? This will surely do the trick! As well as the main play structure, there is another great climbing area aimed at children who are under the age of 5. It has all the similarities of the larger play structure, only scaled down in size.
There is also a dedicated toddler area for the under 2 year olds. This area is full of toddler and baby toys, rocking horses and even a few smaller pieces of climbing equipment. My 1 year old LOVED climbing up the stairs and going down the slide. This area is not fenced off, but it is situated right near some tables and chairs, so you are never too far away.
They can also host your child’s birthday party here. We actually held my daughters 3rd birthday here last year, and it was great. They even have a large range of character hosts that can attend the party. My daughter chose Elsa of course! If you are thinking of having your child’s party here, then keep an eye out on the Scoopon website, as they often have special deals going!
If you have been to Funtastic 4 kids previously, but have not been for a while, you will notice they have undergone some renovations. Included in these upgrades are new tables and chairs for the party areas, freshly painted floors, but the biggest transformation they have had is the addition of the Triassic themed mini golf.
At only $2 extra per person, we had to give this a go. This new mini golf course is situated in the back corner of the play centre, where the bouncy castle used to be. It is fenced off, and full of bright colours! The large dinosaur statues that are scattered around in there look fantastic. This mini golf course is a great addition to the centre and was lots of fun. It was even a bit of a challenge if I do say so myself! If you have a dinosaur lover in the family, then they will LOVE this mini golf.
Another great addition to the centre is the new fully approved and registered before and after school service that they provide. This service is available from 6:30 am – 9am before school, and 2:30pm – 6pm for after school. There is Centrelink rebates available for this also!
