The Kalamunda Garden Festival is a seasonal gardening festival, taking place in spring, summer, autumn and winter, offering relevant and actionable advice to festival goers. It is a celebration of gardening and sustainable gardening practices.

Taking place in the Kalamunda Town Centre (off Barber Street), the garden festival is a free event for everyone to enjoy. There will be over 35 gardening-related stalls, in addition to displays and demonstrations and heaps of free gardening activities for children.

We have loads of special guest speakers in the town hall; Neville Passmore, Sabrina Hahn, Deryn Thorpe and Steve Wood. Deryn and Steve will record an episode of their podcast ‘All The Dirt’ at the garden festival too. All the guest speakers will also visit an outdoor marquee where they’ll do a ‘meet and greet’ with festival goers.

Musical entertainment will feature Courtney Murphy from 9am – 12 noon, then the Mucky Duck Bush Band from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. The musicians perform on the back of a beautiful 46 Chev truck.
