Kaleidoscope 2018

Kaleidoscope Festival returns for its third year and is set to transform Joondalup City Centre yet again into an extraordinary wonderland of electrifying illumination and art from Thursday 1 to Sunday 4 November.

Entertainment, music, and food from 5pm, and lights on from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.

There are so many food trucks this year and a great variety! There is a full list of food truck vendors on the Kaleidoscope Website.

Reverse Dreamtime Story; this vibrant architectural projection represents the deep time connection that the local indigenous people have to the country, but takes it forward into the future as a ‘reverse dreamtime story’ that looks back to our time.

Joyeux Noël; this walk through tunnel, full of texture, colour and light, will delight you with its twinkling walls, glistening ceiling and magical atmosphere.

1000 Cranes; inspired by an ancient Japanese legend: if a group of 1,000 origami cranes (senbazuru in Japanese) are hung in a home they will act as a powerful and benevolent charm and bring good luck.

Best entry points into the event are off Grand Boulevard (at the Central Park entrance) or from Boas Avenue (between Grand Blvd & Lakeside Dv).
